Not the best experience
So I get to check in, and surprise! They tell me my reservation was canceled. Wasted so much time asking why when it was obvious the room was smoky. The sheets had burn holes too. The desk staff wasn’t helpful at all. Also, be careful with the 'non-smoking' rooms – they all smelled like smoke. Not cool!

The family enjoyed our stay, especially after a fun day at Topgolf, which is just a short drive away. The room was clean and spacious enough for us and my cousin's family, making it a comfortable spot for all.
In my kids' opinion, more activities for families would be great.

missingWrote a review on Jul 25convenient locationaffordable stayclean roomcleanliness issuesmaintenance problems
The room had some cleanliness issues, particularly noticeable with the rug and a bug carcass. The location is quite convenient, with dining options nearby, which added to the comfort of the stay. However, the overall room experience was affected by a warped door that made securing the room a hassle. It was an affordable stay, though I wish the room had been in better condition overall.

missingWrote a review on Jun 29decent location
I mean, the location is decent, that's about it. But let me tell you, I couldn't believe the bugs in the first room, it was like a horror movie.
It cost me a pretty penny for what I got, but I was in a bind.

The location is a significant advantage, centrally located with easy access to highways and nearby attractions. However, the room was not well-maintained, with noticeable odors and unclean bedding. Service was lacking. staff seemed indifferent to guest concerns. For breakfast, the limited options failed to impress, missing fresh seasonal fruits. This experience left much to be desired, prompting me to consider other options in the future.

missingWrote a review on May 16accessible parkingtemperature controlcleanliness issues
The accessible parking made unloading gear from the Falcon straightforward. Rooms feature temperature control which kept things cozy during a chilly night.
Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. reports of pests in the rooms were quite alarming, and the bathrooms had an unsettling smell. Hallways weren't well-maintained, often smelling strongly of urine. Plus, loitering kids outside the windows created an uneasy feeling of security on the premises, making it hard to relax after a long journey.

The stay had its ups and downs. The clean, newly remodeled room was a delight, and the helpful staff made the experience better. However, the overwhelming smell in the hallway is quite off-putting, and there were some noisy issues at night. Nonetheless, overall, I appreciated my time here.
